Duplicate results in search

Hi guys,

When I search for a user in the toolbar search box, it often returns TWO profiles for the same person. Same avatar, same link, same name. How can I get rid of these duplicate results?

Hi James,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Can you try purging your indexed item from Joomla backend under smart search component and then re-run the indexing process. See if this solve your issue or not. If problem persist, then can you pass me your Joomla backend access and your ftp account so that I can investigate your issue further?
