duplicate phareses in language file

hi

i am in progress with translate to my language .
i found a duplicate phareses there .
is this an error or it must be duplicated ?

like :
COM_EASYSOCIAL_ARCHIVE_BUTTON
in english file of the language .

can i delete it ?
