When someone accepts my friend request, I receive (2) emails and (2) notifications in ES.

Hello James,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have been trying to replicate this issue but can never seem to reproduce this locally. Any ideas how I can reproduce this issue?
