Thanks for reported, it seems like that is just translation issue, if you see on the right side field type value, that duplicate name field actually is task custom field type https://take.ms/Y51Fu .

I will log this issue into issue tracker.

For now, you can edit that task field title and description to this following language constants :

COM_ES_FIELDS_EVENT_TASKS
COM_ES_FIELDS_EVENT_TASKS_DESC

Thanks...looks like both field.

If you edit that poll custom field, it will show correct.

But if you edit task custom field then it will show wrong title and description.

So you have to edit the task field and update the title and description field to following language constants :
