Duplicate e-mail notifications and unable to remove Site Subscription

Hi,

Ever since I updated to version 4.1.2 I have noticed that I get duplicate e-mail notifications for topics. Here's one that I'm part of http://www.simracinghub.com/forum/3351-r10-british-grand-prix-1 that I got duplicates for every reply. My user is "Janos Magasrevy".

I also got report from a user "Edmundo Martinez" that he was unable to remove his site subscription. I tried doing that from the back-end and it doesn't seem to be working.

Hi Janos,

This issue was reported previously and we have a fix available. I have helped you apply them at the following files:
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/post/post.php
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/mailer/mailer.php

Can you try generating replies again and see if the email notifications to subscribers are duplicated?

I tried removing the user's site subscription from the backend and it's working fine(http://take.ms/Q9em9). Am I missing something here?
