Hi,

I reset the creation of my website and I have some difficulties about Easy Social Dropdown Menu :
1- First I can't remember how can I do to activate the dropdown menu : when i click on the lock nothing appears where as on my previous website it works perfectly
2- Secondly, the avatar near of Dropdown menu is not well displayed ; it's too on the right. How can I solve this ?

Hello Edouard,

The reason why it didn't display is because there are missing files in this module. I have helped you fix the dropdown menu module in your site by putting the missing files. Can you check this issue is resolved?
Regarding this issue, "I have an issue about login on safari : my login doesn't function", may I know what do you mean by my login doesn't function because I have successfully login using safari without any error. Is there any steps that I missed?

It seems like you didn't activate our access yet because I can't login to your administrator site. Can you provide us the backend access and FTP access so that we can help you check this issue?

Sorry for the mistake. I just modify the information in my first post.
Bu the way, I have an issue about login on safari : my login doesn't function where as on firefox or chrome it's okay.

Thanks you very much, now it's ok about login using the "lock".

Do you know the origin of the problem of the missing files ? Is it due to a bug or mistake during the installation ?
Should I reinstall easy social ?

Hello Edouard,

I am not really sure why the script files is missing. However, I have checked the EasySocial installer and the script files is there. I believe you do not need to re-install EasySocial. I am glad to hear your issue have been resolved. If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us and please create a new ticket. I will mark this ticket as resolved.
