For same weird reason, my drop down menu is not working. Any ideas? I click on it, but nothing is happening.

Thanks
James
Hello James,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi James,

I am sorry for the late reply.
May I know, is your issue is resolved? I suspected that there are some missing script in your site which led to this issue. May I ask for your permission to re-install EasySocial component on your site? Also, can you please backup all your customization which you have done in your site so that you can re-apply customization after we have re-install it.

Please advise.

Hi Mohd.

I found the problem with the drop down menu. Under System Preferences >Javascript Compression, if I set the option to Compressed, then the drop down menu does not work, but if I put it under Uncompressed, then the drop down menu works fine. It seems that the javascript works better with original uncompressed scripts.

Hi James,

I believe if you set to uncompressed, the site will load each js files. Thus, this can effect the performance of your site.
