I renewed subscriptions for EasyDiscuss and Komento however neither is available for Download. I received an email already saying to login to Download.

How do I download the new versions?

I believe i have already responded to your ticket #59382 on our CRM a while ago and the new expiration dates should already be updated on your dashboard now.

When I login and goto either EasyDiscuss or Komento in my backend of Joomla site I receive the following notice

You do not have a subscription or your subscription has already expired. You will not be able to utilize our versioning services

In the stackideas dashboard they are accessible now however

How to get the notice to be remove and to acknowledge that the subscription has not expired

Hello Christian,

Hm, if your license is already renewed, you shouldn't be seeing this message any longer. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time
