Hi,

I'm installing EasySocial on our internal network: cpsucsa.asn.au and am getting the above error in stage 4 of the process.
This network is not visible outside our IP range. The live site will be at cpsucsa.org.

Any advice on what I can do? Do I need to reproduce the error on a site I can let you into?

Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

Unfortunately not. This network is visible only within our IP range.
