Download version of Komento?

I notice that on the download of Komento for Joomla 2.5, it indicates that it is the 1.70 version, where as the download for the Joomla 3.x version indicates 1.7.2.

Does this mean that a) we are restricted to version 1.7.0 for Joomla 2.5, or b) that it is a mistake on your site, or c) that we should use the J3 version on a Joomla 2.5 site?
