I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

The only thing i can think of is use following method :

1. Add read more block at above the PDF block from your blog post, you can check my attached screenshot below, so it will not display these "Download PDF File Here" text on the listing page.

2. Override this language constant translation COM_EASYBLOG_DOWNLOAD_PDF_FILE from your site backend > extension > language > override
but this will affect when you add a new PDF file into your blog post, in other word, you have to edit your existing blog post, remove those PDF block then re-add again PDF block and save it, it will only show your custom translation.
