I recently purchased easydiscuss professional. After purchase the dashboard shows me it has been downloaded 40 times. Then I checked after few hours and downloaded the full package it was showing 44 times downloaded. It is pretty strange. I have downloaded only twice not 44 times. Can you kindly send some light on it. Thanks

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding the download count on your new EasyDiscuss subscription, the reason you are seeing 44 times is because the count actually included your previous download on your previous EasyDiscuss subscriptions.

Anyway, we will see how can improvise on this area so that the download count can be calculated separately based on each subscription.

For now, you may ignore the download count on your dashboard.
