During the installation I only installed specified modules, but I now need one or two that I hadn't installed. Is there a download section on the site specifically for EB modules? I've located the plugins, but nothing for modules.

All the module already included into installation, mean our download page do not have any Easyblog 5.x module available for download.
What you need to do is perform again with your Easyblog installation on your site.
