Double stream item in Dashboard

Hello. Users report that somitemes they see the same stream item in Dashboard.

I monitored it and can say that problem appear after “Load more” stream item.
And seems it happen sometimes (not in 100% cases).

Example 1: I used mobile and can see how User1 reacted to user2’s avatar. I press “Load more” button by myself and it display the same item next (twice). In my case I can see the item next by next.

Example 2 (no screen): User use desktop and later (after auto “load more”) he can see the same action twice. Sometimes not instantly after read more.

Can you please check it?

Hi Dmitry,

I am able to reproduce this issue when new stream items are created in the stream, but the page is not refreshed, and loadmore is triggered.

I will log this in our tracker so we can investigate further.

After investigating issue, we are able to address the loadmore issue when new stream items are created on the same page by the same user.

However, currently stream items that are created by other users or other screens will still produce the issue, unless the viewer refresh the page.

Hello. I still can see sometimes this issue:
1) I set up to display 10 stream items per page
2) press "load more"
Result: stream item #11 is the same as #10.

Hey Dmitry,

As mentioned in my previous reply, you will still hit the issue if you do the following.

1. Open the stream in tab A.

2. In another browser tab(tab B), login and create a post on the stream.

3. Go back to tab A, and click the loadmore. Duplicate stream item will show.

We have added another fixed internally and are still in the midst of testing the fix.
