Hello.
1. user start to upload video file to group with Timeline
2. video still uploading
3. but groups members already get notification about new video. Members can visit video page, can’t watch it, can comment it and react (usual members Angry and comment it “video doesn’t work”).
4. later, after uploading finish, groups members get second notification.
Expected result: groups members should get only one notification when video uploading is finished.
