After the latest updates to ES, EB, and Komento, I'm getting a Komento comment box in several places where it used not to be. I was able to remove it from my articles, but I just noticed I have two comment sections on EasyBlog. From the image supplied...... the upper one is not desired. I dug through my admin section looking at settings. I couldn't find any way to turn off Komento integration without loosing my complete comments section.
Hi there,

Honestly, i am bit lost here actually. What exactly did you meant 'the upper one is not desired'? It would be best if you can be more specific for better understanding

By the way, maybe you can check on Easyblog backend sections and head to this sections http://take.ms/wlWfo and see whether you have configured komento to shown on your Easyblog's blog post.

Or maybe you can provide us with your backend and FTP for us further check once we understand your requirement above. Please advice.

My mistake. I thought the upper section (bubble) was actually a second comment entry section. I didn't verify it's functionality before commenting here.

This "No Comments" bubble was not present before the updates and I find it somewhat of a waste of space. Can it be turned off?

From the attached image, I can see the bubble is a comment "count" related function. So, back to the question above...... can the comment count be turned off?

Hi there,

In order for you to not shown those 'No comments' sections, you are required to do some modifications on this path .../components/com_komento/themes/wireframe/structure/default.php and in case you required the in the future, i would advice you to do template override on those files you edited as it will not overwritten once you have done any update/upgrade on your site.

By the way, i have done those modifications, maybe you can try to apply attached file at his path /templates/your_current_template/html/com_komento/structure/default.php and see how it goes
