Honestly, i still not understand you requirement here. Is it you wanted to use your own theme for your Easysocial? If yes, you can upload them here http://take.ms/Z7bzn and make them as default.

Ok I try to explain better my idea. I should use the component just for personal users pages. So I'd like to create that personal page using page builder including easysocial modules. The rusult should be something like the image I added.

I'm trying a solution, I created a page with page builder, and I'm using the ES modules to create the users page.

Honestly, i am not familiar with pagebuilder currently, and i am not sure if that achievable or not suing page builder. It would be best if you can consult them regarding this and see how it goes.
