It seems like that is bug, can you download my attached file and replace into JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_komento/models/comments.php and see how it goes.

Unfortunately, the patch not fixed the issue.

Please, fell free to test by yourself accessing the site (both site and admin side and ftp aswell as you already have access data).

Hm, it seems like you provided us that FTP password no longer work, this is what i hitting now :

Command:	USER komento@casamicci.com

Response:	331 User komento@casamicci.com OK. Password required

Command:	PASS *******

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server

Yes, I'm sorry, I created a new ftp account.
Please, prepend 'new' to username, all the rest is the same. Just tested and it works fine.

Actually how this rating work is, it will count for the latest commentor who added that rating, it will not combine together.

For example : 1 voters

Comment 1 : User A - rate 4
Comment 2 : User A - rate 5
Comment 3 : User A - rate 3
Comment 4 : User A - rate 1

So that rating average is rate 1.

Another case : 2 voters

Comment 1 : User A - rate 2
Comment 2 : User B - rate 4
Comment 3 : User A - rate 3
Comment 4 : User B - rate 5

So that rating average is (3+5)/2 = 4 rate

Regarding this article http://casamicci.com/test2.html , I am not really sure why it doesn't work, I already removed the existing comment then re-add the new comment, it seems like that average seems fine, can you give it a try again?

I understand now how the total rating is calculated.

Please, see the attached file, it seems the script still shows a wrong rates number. It is clear that there are two ratings (one 4/5 stars + one 5/5 stars made by two different users, one registered and other is a guest) but it shows only 1 rating...
Maybe I'm wrong but surely there is something I don't understand...

I've applied some fix into the same file, can you give it a check is it work fine now?
