Is there any way that we do not allow user edit thier email like username can't edit thier username also.
During edit their profile, they just can read it.

Unfortunately, we dont have this feature currently. But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request", so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.
