Hello

I get following message: Your current domain is not listed in our list of supported domains and you will not be able to utilize the versioning services. Please enter your domain name in your license area to be able to utilize our services

But my licence is registred vor the site http://www.elternpower.ch. What I have to do?

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for reaching out to us. You could actually use the "Full Package" to install on non supported domains. The launcher uses an external web service which requires the same access for the supported domains. Are you trying to install on a different domain?

No, my license expired in February. I downloaded the full package, http://www.elternpower.ch is the only blog we run. A few weeks ago, my provider changed the server maybe is this the problem?
