Hello, we finally migrated to our new server. As part of the payplans update and migration, I would kindly request that you update my subscription so that the license is valid for https://www.fishbuoy.com and https://fishbuoy.com

I tried to do this myself but your system is saying my subscription is no longer valid - which is untrue because I just bought the upgrade.

Please let me know how to ensure the smooth license is assigned to the correct domain?

Could you create a separate ticket for this? Someone from our team will have a better look into this issue.

And when I look at my account I see what I attached.

Looking at the screenshot, you have already cancelled any future billing for PayPlans. However, your license is still valid 10 June 2019. Is there something you would like to do with your PayPlans subscription?

I have updated your licensed domain to fishbuoy.com as requested, and it should be reflected on your dashboard as well.

HI there, same issue. I'd link to assign the domain to my client (before it has been on my server). How can I do that?
