Hey Hey how is it going?

I've just got a question as it annoying me to keep on redoing the edits each time we do an upgrade we have had to edit a lot of core files to get the email templates to function as we need the front end files are made as overrides for example :
page -/technet/templates/jf_social/html/com_easysocial/emails/group/news.php and that not an issue but when it comes to for example

administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/events.php

is there a way to make an override for this? i know you don't support customization but would really like some help as i waste a week each time i do an upgrade and i'm sure there is some thing that we can do to make this a lot easyier
