Hi,

I've been testing Payplans Plans page with the Joomla language switcher, but it doesn't switch from English to the selected language.
A user selects the language on a page using the Joomla native language switcher then follows a link through to the Payplans pricing page. I was expecting the fixed Payplans strings to be translated, but only English is shown. I realise that the Payplans description section will not be translated.

Does Payplans support the language switcher? If yes, is there anything on the Payplans side of things I need to do to set it up?
Also wondering where the language files for Payplans are.

I couldn't find any documentation for Payplans languages, if there is some could you link it for me please.

Do you mean only Plan description is not showing correctly when you switch the language?

You can find the PayPlans language at below-mentioned file paths.
Admin : root\administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_payplans.ini
Site : root\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_payplans.ini

Refer below mentioned link for language overriding in PayPlans.

Let me know if you have any query.

Hi Manisha

No. Nothing is shown correctly. I've attached an image showing which fields I expected to be translated. The red arrows on the image indicate the fields that I thought would be translated, but weren't.

Is this normal?

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi Manisha,

Thank you for the link in your previous post.

If possible, I just want a yes or no answer. You don't need to look into it at this time. Does Payplans normally translate these fields if I have multilanguage setup?

Yes, it will work with a language switcher. The only issue is with the plan description which is not working with the language switcher, we already logged this into our issue tracker.

Other than plan descriptions like title, expiration time, etc will show as per the language selected.

Let me know if you have any queries.

Thank you. It is likely a misconfiguration on my part. I will revisit this again later, once I've redone my language setup. I just wanted to confirm that it normally works. Thanks.

Please feel free to close this ticket.
