I added JReviews shortcodes to EasySocial in file /profile/about/default.php via override, but it looks like the code is being stripped. I've tested the shortcodes elsewhere and they work fine.
Does EasySocial strip content such as JReview shortcodes? If yes, is it possible to stop it from being stripped?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Here is a simple example of what the shortcode would look like

[jreviews type="listings" fields="jr_state, jr_city, jr_address" tmpl_suffix="_custom" tn_show="0" user_rating="0" user="898"]

Information on JReviews Shortcodes can be found at

Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

Sorry I can't because it is on my local development server. I tried to share it once with ngrok, but because of my https configuration it wouldn't work.

If possible, I just want to know if EasySocial strips JReviews shortcodes. If yes, is there a way to stop it from stripping the code.

Yes, I can. Thanks for taking a look at this.
I've attached the file- default.php. In it you will see that I've tried 3 different methods to include the shortcode. In each case the result is the same. I tested the actual override itself and it is working, just not the shortcode.

Hi there,

I have checked them on my local but i am having some difficulties on how to setup currently as we not really familiar with Jreviews actually. It is required for me to check them on your site so that we can further check them.

Please advice.

OK, No problem. I will try and put up a temporary site, but I'm not going to have time to do it today.
Hopefully it will be done by Monday.
I will post again when it is set up.

I've fixed it. It turned out it was a configuration problem.
Working config in the attached image.
