Hi There,

One of the group owner in our community is asking why am I not getting an email notification when someone posts something in my group for moderation?

Does ES do that by default?

Sorry, I didn't have the chance to try it myself

Thanks,

Jackson
Hi there,

Currently, we dont have sent out emails to admin/owner for moderated post currently. But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request", so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.

Thanks for your understanding

Ensure following setting is enable from the Group custom fields :

1. Post moderation - enabled email.
2. Once enabled this from backend > Easysocial > group > category > edit existing group category , then you have to edit your existing group and re-save again.

When group member post something in the group, system will send a email notification to the group admin or owner regarding this moderation post notification.
