Does Cluster Post Moderation sent out email alerts to owner or admin?

Hi Arlex,

Unfortunately, you locked my previous ticket and I followed the setting that you suggested but it does not work.

I enabled it under Adult Ministries category and group admin just emailed me that she did not get any email notification about the post for approval. I also did not see any email activity for it.

Can you check please, I think that setting was just created but it was not implemented.

Hi Jackson,

In order to the group post moderation sent out, the owner of the group as well need to enable the 'Post Moderation' setting http://take.ms/CR5Op

Yes, it is enabled, please take a look at Genesis Class. I am talking about that group, I think you looked at different class which is an inactive group actually.

Hi Jackson,

I have tested the 'Genesis Class' group and post moderation emails did generate correctly and sent to the 4 group admins and group owner(http://take.ms/tY2mW).

Am I missing something here?

Hi Raymond,

I think I missed 1 step that Arlex instructed, to edit and save the group again and I just did it before I posted yesterday. I guess that kicked in the post moderation when you tested it.
