Hi

Just installed EasySocial alongside EasyBlog and Discussion on a new Joomla domain. I installed Social last. I am having problems finding documentation on how to setup the site login so it all runs through Social. I also need to setup a toolbar login/join set of choices.

The documentation I accessed seems broken with many links going to the 'Albums' page.

So far - a disappointing start when compared with Jomsocial - from which I am moving should I get this to work.

Would you please point me to the correct documentation or provide specific instructions on how to setup the system so all logins go through Social and choices are added to the main menu toolbar.
Hello Ian,

As EasySocial is still pretty new, most of the docs are still being updated as we speak. At the mean time, you may access our docs at http://docs.stackideas.com

By the way, what help do you need in setting it up? I could set it up for you real quick

Thanks for the offer of help but frankly the doc comment is worrisome. If its new and minus documentation what am I paying for? Its ridiculous to go live with documentation that doesnt properly explain how to set the ruddy thing up. Frustrated - you bet - I am a long time Jomsocial user and beginning to regret the investment in what now seems an immature alterantive.

BTW - I guessed and now have a login form and join option on the main menu... but trial and error doesnt excuse what is normally a really impressive development effort from StackIdeas... and while I have you - is Social automatically integrated into EasyBlog and Discussion - all I see are integration points for JomSocial...

Hello Ian,

If you are on the latest version of EasyBlog, you'll actually see the integrations with EasySocial under the Integration tab. As for EasyDiscuss, this is actually coming up in version 3.2 as per my e-mail earlier

Yes, I totally understand the frustrations that you have currently but you can always ask us if you are stuck and we'll always be here if you need any help at all Of course, this doesn't mean that the documentation doesn't need updating, we are updating them on a daily basis.
