We're actually using the built in articles in Joomla and a customized template but to be honest, this is not the best solution. We are trying out a new documentation system at http://docs.stackideas.com which houses documentation for EasySocial. It's wayyy better! It's not on Joomla though. It's built internally and it renders markdown files directly from https://github.com/stackideas/documentation
