These two extensions need to be integrated to work hand in hand. Currently when docker is set to bottom it overlaps conversekit and when clicking the messages button in docker it doesn’t use conversekit.

Hi James,

Can you provide us a screenshot and also the site that is experiencing the overlapping issue? I tried to reproduce on my local instance but could not do so(https://take.ms/UlH4A).
when clicking the messages button in docker it doesn’t use conversekit.
I will log this issue in our tracker.

Can you provide a working example of both in action?

Maybe I have a configuration setting wrong?

Hey James,

I don't have a live site here that has both docker and conversekit.

By the way, I noticed if I open the popup on the docker, it overlaps Conversekit's icon(https://take.ms/LXEc7). This means if Conversekit is opened first, then I click on the docker dropdown, the dropdown will appear behind Conversekit(https://take.ms/NnbqZ).

Is this the issue that you are referring to?

Thanks for the reply Raymond.

Well, your correct in once sense, but on my site the conversekit icon is actually behind the docker bar that we have set to the bottom position. However, the issue stems from the functionality of its self. In theory, we feel that if you have both on your site Docker should take precedence and if you click on the messages icon it should then open conversekit and the conversekit icon should be hidden.

Currently they are both able to be present at the same time which doesn't make much sense. We like Docker and want it's functionality and we like Conversekit but the two need to have a blended state.

Hey James,

The best we can do currently is check on your site that is experiencing the icon overlap issue and also look into other overlap issue which I will include in the issue tracker.

For concerns regarding integration, it would be best to post them into Conversekit's feature requests section.
