Docker intermittently showing as "not logged in" while I am "logged in."

Several times a day, when I go to our EasySocial page, the Docker app displays as if it is not logged in, even though I am logged in. (screen shot attached) A refresh of the page fixes the docker. I have gotten feedback that I am not the only one experiencing this. Thank you.

Currently we cant replicate this on my local and your site using given credential. Maybe you can provide us with those user's credential that faced this problem for us to further check on this issues? Please advice.

We would rather not give out user login credentials, so we will live with it for now. Thanks
