It seems like I was unable to login from your backend now, based on this warning error showing your database missing this Joomla table #__updates, can you check your database whether this table missing?

Hm, mean the way you install Joomla on your server last time, somehow it didn't install properly for this Joomla table #__updates in your current database.

Perhaps you can try update your Joomla version to 3.7.5 from backend and see whether this table is it installed?

Do note you have to backup first then only proceed this.

If still missing, perhaps you can try download my attached file then import into your database.

1. Extract the zip file and open the file and replace all the jos_ table prefix to your current database prefix, you can check your table prefix from Joomla backend > system > global configuration > server > database table prefix (screenshot : http://take.ms/kXfGF )

2. Once you imported, then install docker installer and see how it goes.
