Did you already link the user account with Twitter yet? You need to associate your author's account with Twitter and only then EasyBlog will search for tweets with relevant hash tags.

As the blogger, login to the front end. Then, associate your account with a Twitter account. After that, with that Twitter account, post a tweet that includes these hash tags. Once the cron executes, it would then pick up these tweets.
