I've notice that the cronjob didn't set properly by the pending date of the mail. By right from now, it should have been sent out.

I've set the BackEnd > Settings > Maintenanace > Send email when the page loads : Yes
Can you let us know your mailbox did receive the mail?

Do provide us the Cpanel access for us to further check on the issue.
