Do I need to approve all user registration?

I've received email when user register at my site and I see the button approve and reject. Do I need to approve all user before they can login to my site or where can I set to automatically send email activation to user?
Hi,

You can go to backend -> EasySocial -> Profiles to set the registration type to auto login or user approval, this way you won't have to approve user registration.
