To the technical support,

I have my DISQUS plugin installed but the EasyBlog comment integration says the plugin is not installed.
Can somebody please give me assistance on it?

From your screenshot, it seems Disqus is indeed installed(http://take.ms/dnHd4). The area that you highlighted is EasyDiscuss's comment.

In your frontend, only Facebook comments is showing. If you want Disqus to show, you have to disable Facebook and built-in comments. If you don't want to disable them, you can enable multiple comment system in the comments Integration page.
