So I'm trying to integrate Disqus comments into my EasyBlog, but it doesn't seem to be working.

What I have done
I followed the instructions located at http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/how-tos/setting-up-disqus-integrations

1. First I enabled Disqus in the comment settings,
2. Then I added the short name taken from the Disqus site.

The Problem
You can see the issue at the included URL. The comments controls show up both in the meta data and the left side box. However if you click on either one of them, nothing will happen. Comments won't appear or be displayed.

It just appends "#disqus_thread" to the url.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Hello Matthew,

I have tried to access the site but I don't seem to see any comments being displayed at the entry page, even the html codes doesn't exist there. Did you customize the theme file? Also, does the blog post allow comments?

Hey Mark,

Thanks for the quick reply! After reading your response, I checked the individual post record. Indeed it was the comments being disabled on the post.

Do you know if there is a way to hid the comments links if this is disabled for the post?

Sorry I just answered my own question. Found it in the theme manager settings.
