Hello,

I have an EasyDiscuss with the pinter theme. My forum is quite structured with categories, subcategories, sub-subcategories and deeper...

I really like how all of the categories are displayed when you view them all, with their corresponding avatars and a tree-like layout when you are on:

yourdomain.com/forums/categories

I would like to display the subcategories in a similar manner when you go to:

yourdomain.com/forums/categories/category/
or
yourdomain.com/forums/categories/category/subcategory/

These domains always show all of the categories rather than just the one specified in the domain.

How can I view just one category with its subcategories and their avatars?
Hello Patrick,

Sorry but unfortunately such navigations are not possible with EasyDiscuss currently When you click on a category, it will list out discussions from the particular category that you clicked on.

Hello Patrick,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Sorry but I am actually a little lost here. Would you mind providing us with some live examples or screen shots?

http://demo.stackideas.com/easydiscuss/categories

This page shows the lay out I want.

But I only want to show one parent category, in this lay out.

I have only been able to display ALL categories in this lay out and If I click on one it take me straight to the discussions inside, rather than showing me this desired layout with its subcategories.

Hope that is more clear
