I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

You can actually use easyblog biography apps that you can download from here, http://stackideas.com/apps to display biography field in both easysocial user profile and easyblog user profile page. After download, add the easyblog biography custom field from the backend > profiles types and you are set to go.

I did as suggested but now I get this error when loading that custom field into a user profile:

No theme file found for this event. You might be trying to display content in an event that do not need to display:...

Also when I leave this on and go to my edit profile page on ES i get the WSOD. So I have now removed.

Hm that's odd. I tried to replicate it in my local but it seems like everything is working fine, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-12_1738.png . Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access as the provided credentials is not working for me.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I've applied the fix inside your /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/fields/dependencies.php and /media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/easyblog_biography/easyblog_biography.php and it should be working now. Can you verify it for me? I've added the test easyblog biography field in the profile types "Art Shopper" so that you can see the example.

Unfortunately this is still not working...

1. I added the field to my "Undergraduate" Profile type/Education as you can see by screen shot

I've tested easyblog biography field with easyblog 5.0.9 and its working fine here from in my local. Perhaps you can try to update your easyblog to the latest version and see if the problem still persist?

yes I updated to easyblog last week. As you can see by my screenshots this is not working. It is not displaying in the view profile nor the edit profile. I have provided credentials so you can test for yourself. Thanks
