Is there a way to display videos (Vimeo) in a grid layout like the EasyBlog Wall module? Or, is there something similar, maybe a slider or just be able to get videos into columns?

Unfortunately we do not have this option but you could actually customize the theme file if you need it to span across multiple columns. Take a look at the file /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/videos/default/item.list.php
