Display username, but login using email

Hi Support,

1. I would like to capture Real Name, Username and Email.
2. I want user to login using email.
3. I want the front end website to display the username (not email), which is some nickname set by the user.
4. Email and Real Name to be hidden and only appear at backend.

Is this possible and please advise how to set this? Thanks
