I am bit confused here actually. Did you wanted to disable them or shown them on the of the discussion? As based on your image, you marked it as 'X'.
You can enabled them at Backend>Extension>Plugin>Content- EasySocial Plugin as shown https://screencast.com/t/1Bpv0QmT

2 - Which file can I override to change the general view of a discussion ? (add some button to go back on forum for example)

Did you meant you wanted to do some modifications on entry view(single discussion view page)? if yes, you can do some modifications on this file /components/com_easydiscuss/themes/wireframe/post/default.php

Sorry for not explaining it clearly. You have to disable it if you do not want them to show on your site. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

I have tried :
- No on Display Author Box
- to unpublish plugin : content esysocial

Sorry for confusion above. What i have pointed before is used for different EasySocial header. By the way, we have added this option on our future release version, currently, you have manually remove code on this path .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/helpers/user/mini.header.php. I have manually removed those code for you and it should shown properly now. Please give it a check and see how it goes
