I got Komento installed. Each time users input a comment, the display shift down and right. I think the shift down is trying to find the newly added comments, which is some what fine, but not sure why it is shift right?
Hi there,

Can you provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues as i cant replicate this issues on my local?

Hi there,

I have tested this using default joomla themes that is "Protostar" and it works fine. It seems that this issues comes from your "Blog_box" theme. Maybe you can consult with this template service provider regarding this issues. Thanks for your understandings.

Hi Warith,
I have Komento on the same site on other pages, they are working fine. I don't think it is the template issue.
Can you give me more specifics?

Thanks

Hi there,

I don't think it is the template issue.

We suspect this comes from your current template as after we changed to default joomla template, this issues cant be replicated already. Maybe got some settings enabled on your current template that may conflict with komento scripts.

Maybe for further check on this, can you provide us with your back end staging/test site as i cant access your back end staging/test site.

Hi there,

After consulting this with our developer, it seems that your template not cope correctly with code below

if(Komento.options.config.scroll_to_comment == 1) {
var comment = $('#' + commentId);

comment.highlight();
comment.scroll();
}

Somehow, you can consult with your template service provider for better view on this issues. But, somehow, got another way to overcome this issues by going to backend > komento > integration > component > layout > comment form > scroll to comment as shown http://screencast.com/t/T3rm2eWoest. Please advice.
