It is very difficult to read the comments on status updates if there are more than 5.

If there are less than 5, no problem, but more than 5 you have to click on "Load more" and it expands the next 10 comments. Once you do this, exactly 30 seconds later, the comments shift, sometimes collapsing the comments you expanded, sometimes displaying them double, sometimes changing the order altogether. I suspect its related to some sort of Javascript/polling issue since it happens every 30 seconds.

I tried to view the comments directly off the user's recent updates, and also hid the bottom bar and disabled chat, but nothing seems to help.

This is happening on Firefox, Chrome, IE and mobile.
Hi Beth,

Can you provide us with your FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?

Hi Beth,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as we spent a lot of time trying to find out the exact cause of the issue.

I've applied the fix inside your /components/com_easysocial/controllers/comments.php and it should be working correctly now. Can you verify it for me?
