Display location on main event list boxes

Hi,

is there a way to get the event location details to display in the main event list boxes (the main event boxes as in the attached image). I have gone through the custom fields for the event category and also event layout but cannot see how to add this. The location is important and so really need to be able to display it here. I am hoping it is a setting I have overlooked.

It seems like that is bug, try download my attached file and replace into this following file location.

JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/events/default/item.php

Hi Arlex,

thanks for responding.

I have changed that file but location details still don't display. Where would it display? I just checked your demo and the locations don't appear on your card layouts either. DO I need to switch a setting on or something?

Can you check my attached screenshot below and see that setting is it turn on from your backend?

If yes, is it can unlock your user account 'stack' so I can able to login on your site and check on this issue?

Ah thanks Arlex, it shows now

Is there any way to show more of the address before it is cut off? It seems to be set at 15 characters - can that be increased anywhere?

You're right, it seems like it only show 15 character by default, perhaps you can try download my attached screenshot below then upload into your current template override file location, so it will show the full location on the event listing page.

JoomlaFolder/templates/yourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easysocial/events/default/item.php
