Display cover image in individual blog item page

Hi,

I've set the cover image in each blog post but I don't see any configuration to make it display in each pages. It only display for the blog list page just like this http://atchisonkansas.civikhub.com/blog.

Maybe you can try to enable this 'Show Post Image Placeholder' at Backend>Components>Easyblog>Settings>Layout>Post Options as shown http://take.ms/q9Hnk

If problems still persist, it would be best if you can provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues.
