Conversations in EasySocial allows you to read and respond to conversations on the conversation page only. ConverseKit enhances it by adding a chat button throughout the site.

Yes, ConverseKit uses EasySocial's conversation system. It does not open several windows, it allows you to have 1 window opened at a single point of time.

Perhaps it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request" so that everyone else could vote for it. We will prioritize this feature during the development process for the next major version of Conversekit if there are more people request on this.
