HI, our system is sending out discussion notifications that do not include the www in the domain.

This then causes problems on our system as we are not redirect non-www traffic.

This was recently highlighted after our system suddenly turned on all the email notifications following an update.

The email is the standard New discussion notification email but I suspect it is doing it for all notifications.
Hi there,

Based on what i checked on the codes, it seems that it will appended those www on all emails. May i know that those url changed recently or from the start that those URL already appended with www? If yes, can you provide us with your FTP access so that we can further check this issues.

Please advice.

I'm sorry Abdul, I'm not really understanding.

I don't know if the urls are just changed recently. As I explained, it has come to our attention recently, that the urls are wrong because an update, reactivated ALL email notifications, which had previously been disabled. So, basically we just noticed this issue.

I don't know why you're having to append www to anything, it should already be part of the site domain.

I don't want you to just go through FTP, if you need me to change anything, please let me know.
We are using Joomla 3.8.13 and easyDiscuss 4.1.3

Hi there,

Currently, we cannot replicate them locally and it is required for us to further check them on your site. It is required for us to access your site and check them further.

Please advice.
