Discussion Notification for blog is not working

If I click on Discussion Notification it doesn't work, it shows some different URL, I think it should direct to the blog page in accordance with this notification. It doesn't do like that.

Pls see the screen shots & solve it.

It looks like there is a bug with EasyBlog posts' links in ED system notifications.

I have helped you apply a temporary fix at the following file:
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/notifications/notifications.php

Can you help us double check and see if the link is correct now?

I will log this issue in our tracker as well.
