Discover feature for Privacy crashed my site

Hi, was customizing settings on backend in EasySocial. When I selected Discover for Privacy, it said it installed 2 things, and then it crashed my site. Please see attached. Has this happened to you before?
Hi, it came back up after I reset all PHP processes on the server end. Thanks for the quick follow-up!
