I received the email 12/10/13 alerting me of the ED upgrade and renewal discount. I entered the discount code and clicked "upgrade coupon" but it didn't seem to change the price and sent me to payment page with original price reflected. I searched the forum but didn't find an answer to this. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Hello Kane,

That coupon code is applicable for renewals only and it is not applicable to "upgrades".

I am attempted to renew for equal products. I bought the professional package ED, EB, Kom and tried to renew that but received invalid coupon error. I then removed them from the cart, added just the ED component and it didn't error invalid coupon, but didn't change the pricing at all either. I would like to renew the entire package which expires in feb.
